Zelen Legend: Born from the stones of Amber and Iolite created by Arceus, the legend is told of light versus dark........
Luztrian, known by locals as the Radiance Pokemon , is said to be the giver of light. It's beautiful colors can be seen shining brightly during scoring hot of the day.
Nebuscur is known by the local folk as the Dark Shadow Pokemon. It lurks in the deepest and darkest of waters, never returning to the surface.
Legend has it that on one beautiful, sunny day a team of marine biologists entered the ocean searching for undiscovered pokemon. Their submarine had an extremely bright light that accidentally passed across the path of a sleeping Nebuscur. Angered is destroyed the submarine along with its passengers and cast a never ending darkness upon the Zelen region. Luztrian, sensing that something went wrong, arose from it's slumber and fought against the angered Nebuscur, restoring the balance between light and dark.
